H-I-I-T or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a type of workout that involves short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief recovery periods. These workouts can be customized for any fitness level and offer benefits like burning calories efficiently, improving metabolism, and building lean muscle.

The Smash Gyms Jiu-jitsu program includes a systematic blend of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling, and Judo into a complete grappling system that will safely progress beginners at an accelerated pace. Our system is designed as a path for the average person to progress safely and quickly into an expert grappler.

Youth Martial Arts

Looking for a fun and active way to engage your child? Our Youth Martial Arts classes are perfect for youngsters aged 5 and up. All classes are taught by qualified and experienced instructors.

This includes barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance tools, conditioning machines, mats, and bodyweight systems.
